Payment

Payment is made via Paypal, either through your Paypal account or as a guest, during checkout.

Production Time

Please check each product page for information on production time. This does not include shipping.

Returns/Exchanges

I accept returns or exchanges on all items, except limited edition prints and custom Floral Collages.

1. Email me within 7 calendar days of delivery
2. Ship items back within 21 calendar days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning or exchanging items. Items must be returned in original condition with all original parts. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that are missing parts or damaged.

Cancellations

Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of your order and will receive a full refund. Please email me to cancel your order.

Changes to Shop Policies

Krystyn Wypasek reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these policies by posting updates and changes to her website.
